"Possibly resolved - rating change pending--Signed up for insurance without issue and it was good for about 2 months then I started to receive notice that I needed to provide signed forms which I emailed as requested but still received a cancellation notice a few weeks later leaving me without insurance a day after receipt."

"GREAT STAFF. When u can't find your bill you call. They take pbone payments and send a receipt. Fax your info to Dmv when u forget your insurance card. House damage from storms or vandalism to our car handled fast and with good people. I have never sat waiting on the phone for 30 minutes. House and cars taken care of"
